Senior Counsel - Litigation What We Need Corpay is looking to hire a Senior Counsel - Litigation within our Legal division. This position is located in Atlanta, GA or Brentwood, TN. In this role, you will manage a wide range of litigation matters, including shareholder derivative class actions, large commercial cases, regulatory inquiries, small customer disputes, bankruptcy preference actions, insurance claims, labor and employment lawsuits, and subpoenas in jurisdictions throughout the United States and across four continents. The position primarily involves developing strategies for successful litigation outcomes, selecting and working with outside counsel, closely managing outside counsel budgets and bills, handling insurance claims, working with the business to marshal the facts needed for successful outcomes, and counseling the business on when litigation is advisable and when it is not. You will report directly to the Global Head of Litigation and regularly collaborate with other teams and departments. How We Work As a Senior Counsel - Litigation you will be expected to work in an office or hybrid environment.
